Masters Swim
Mondays (6:30-7:30 am), Wednesdays (6:30-7:30 am) and Thursdays (7:30-8:30 pm)

The free Masters Swim classes are a fun way to improve swimming fitness and technique.  Coaches provide challenging workouts of 2000 to 3000 yards that focus mainly on the freestyle. Stroke technique is critiqued via poolside coaching and videotape analysis to help swimmers become more efficient and improve their stroke.  Available on a first come-first served basis, classes are held on Mondays (6:30-7:30 am), Wednesdays (6:30-7:30 am) and Thursdays (7:30-8:30 pm) in the recreational pool.  Due to the popularity of the morning sessions, a “ticket” is required for the Monday and Wednesday classes and can be obtained from the front desk beginning an hour before the class start time.  No ticket is required for the Thursday evening class.
