Group Exercise Cardio Vascular Cardio Sculpt -Strengthen and tone your muscles from head to toe while using vigorous movements to also strengthen the heart! Will use a variety of equipment! Cycle - Learn how to climb hills, ride quick flat terrain and sprint for the finish line, while keeping relaxed and powerful in the saddle. Cycle Circuit - This class adds circuit exercises to regular training drills. Advanced students get everything they've come to expect: long progressive hills, steady-state flats and, oh, those intervals! The intervals take on a different meaning with added circuits that introduce strength, agility, and balance. The interactive, game-like atmosphere is non-intimidating and fun, which helps beginners see indoor cycling as something within their reach. Cycle Express - 45 minutes of cardio biking with an emphasis on form and pace. Guaranteed to turn you into a regular! This is a great class for our beginner cyclist or those of you who want the great experience of biking but don't have a full hour to spare. Hi-Low Aerobics- This class puts the fun back into exercise. Increase your heart rate while you perform high or low floor aerobics. Step & Tone - The first half will include exercising on the step to lose fat and strengthen the heart. Time will also be spent toning and sculpting all body parts using a variety of shaping exercises and weights for resistance. Strength and Balance Complete Core - This class will focus on exercises designed to stabilize and strengthen your skeletal structure. Including: hips, thighs, upper and lower back, as well as, abdominals. H.E.A.T - This workout focuses on the use of compound exercises, calisthenics and circuits to incorporate power training. See how this total body workout adds a whole new dimension to your workout by retraining muscles that have been forgotten. Strength and conditioning, speed, agility, and quickness drills will be implemented. This class is a great way to put some variety into your exercise regiment and challenge yourself with higher levels of intensity while remaining safe. Muscle Conditioning - Strengthening and toning from head to toe, using hand weights, body weights and tubing. Senior Fitness - This low impact class is just right for those beginning an exercise program, active mature adults, or days when you would like a lighter work out. Fun music and easy movements. Ultimate Conditioning - Start your morning and your week off right with this fun, dynamic and intense circuit workout that incorporates all aspects of sports performance: strength, agility, plyometrics, and core conditioning. Meditative Gentle Nia - This Nia class is a smoothly-moving mind/body program that blends the grace and expressiveness of dance arts with the expanded awareness of healing arts. Adaptable to all fitness levels, but geared toward those who have some movement limitations or other health concerns. Nia -Nia is an exciting mind/body fusion fitness program that blends the power and precision of martial arts; the expressiveness of dance arts; and the expanded awareness of healing arts. Adaptable to all fitness levels, Nia's barefooted (shoes optional) grouned movements provide a whole body workout that is gentle on the joints. Power Lunch Yoga - Take a midday break with this active and flowing, Vinyasa-style yoga class. Participants will warm-up, work and cool down in a format that united breath and movement. This is a total mind-body workout that will leave you refreshed and energized for the rest of your day. Tai Chi - Tai Chi is a very gentle and relaxing class designed to reduce stress and improve balance and concentration while promoting a feeling of well-being. Tai Chi for Seniors - Tai Chi is a very gentle and relaxing class designed to reduce stress, improve balance and concentration while promoting a feeling of well-being. Yoga - Classes are designed to improve body alignment through a series of controlled movements, with emphasis on breathing, centering, and lengthening the spine. Yoga Flow - This is an active and flowing, Vinyasa-style yoga class. Participants will warm-up, work and cool down in a format that unites breath and movement. This is a total mind-body workout. Modifications and options for added intensity are provided. All levels are welcome. Vinyasa Yoga II - A flow yoga class targeting those with an understading of yoga postures and movement with breath. Music will be played, edges will be challenged both physically and mentally and FUN will be had by all. Aqua Advanced Aqua - Experience the power of liquid resistance. Shape and tone your entire body while pushing fat-burning systems into high gear. This shallow-water workout is a challenge for all levels. Aqua Fitness - This is a high-energy vigorous workout for members wishing to strengthen, tone and define muscles using the awesome power of the water. A great compliment to the usual aerobics classes but not for the faint of heart. Bring your water bottle and plan to work hard. Aqua Intervals - Water aerobics for men and women- all ages- all levels of ability. No experience necessary. You do not have to be a swimmer. Class is taught in intervals and without music, allowing you to work at your own pace. Wonderful for those with joint and muscle aches. Also, good for people doing rehab. Consult with your doctor first, of course. Aqua Moves - Enjoy doing gentle movements with upper and lower body in the warm pool. An excellent class for increasing range of motion. Gentle Aqua - This aqua class is held in the warm therapy pool. The instructor takes you through a mild gentle cardiovascular section with gentle exercises followed by mild stretches. |
