Advanced Step - Learn sizzling step patterns that will challenge you and keep you motivated for more. A non-stop step spectacular, you will want to experience this great workout over and over! Not for beginners.

Aqua Aerobics - Let specially designed resistance props and the water reward you with an intense workout that is easy on the joints.

Basic Training - A 45-minute, no frills, high intensity workout, which includes basic strength and conditioning activities. Beginners are welcome.

Body Sculpt - Strengthening and toning from head to toe, using hand weights, body weights, and tubing.

Cycle Circuit - This class uses interval training to challenge the body in a very different way. Uses a combination of cycle and weights.

Energy Works - Start with a few minutes of quiet sitting, follow that with about 20 minutes of stretching, and spend the rest of the class on a particular Qigong form called "Luohan."

Gentle Paced Aqua - Do gentle activities in warm water. As a result, strength and flexibility increase while joint pain and stiffness decrease.

Hi-Low
- This class puts the fun back into exercise. Increase your heart rate while you perform high or low floor aerobics.

Hip Hop - A mix of self-expression and dance -- plus a great way to burn fat.

Indoor Cycling - Learn how to climb hills, ride quick, flat terrain, and sprint for the finish line while keeping relaxed and powerful in the saddle.

Mat Pilates - Experience modern Pilates mat work exercises to enhance your body awareness, improve posture and balance, gain power in your core and stabilizing musculature and deepen your sense of control.

Meditation - Meditation is simply about attention, where you direct it, and how it alters your consciousness. It is a safe and simple way to balance your physical, emotional, and mental state.

Mountain Biking - Bring a helmet and water. Rides will last about 2 hours. For safety and effectiveness there are a maximum of 12 non-staff members allowed on each ride.

MultiSport - If you ever wanted to experience a triathlon. Start with a 15min swim, then go on a 15min cycle, and end with a 15min run on the track. 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month.

Mix & Match - Swim, bike, and run, or choose to stay in the cycle room and then join us on the track. Experience all 3 events in one class.

N.I.A - Non-Impact Aerobics - Contains elements of aerobic conditioning, yoga, stretching, and diaphragmatic breathing, without using external weights.

Power Step - You mastered step, so now turn it up a notch! This refreshingly advanced workout will challenge you from start to finish.

Rockin’ Hoppin’ KIds - Ages 10 -14 are welcome to join in this supervised exercise program. Each week is something new. Water games will be held every 4th Monday so bring your suit! Ask for a week by week agenda.

Soft Fit Cardio - This low impact class is just right for those beginning an exercise program, active mature adults, or days when you feel like a lighter workout. Fun music and easy movements.

Step & Tone - The first half will include exercising on the step to lose fat and strengthen the heart. Time will also be spent toning and sculpting all body parts using a variety of shaping exercises and weights for resistance.

Stretch & Tone - A workout focusing on flexibility and strength with exercises to enhance your posture, range of motion, and muscular strength.

Stroller Circuit - An indoor or outdoor stroll, followed by strength work using resistance bands, and capped off with abs and a stretch.

Tai Chi - Tai Chi is a very gentle and relaxing class designed to reduce stress and improve balance and concentration while promoting a feeling of well-being.

Yoga - Classes are designed to improve body alignment through a series of controlled movements, with emphasis on breathing, centering, and lengthening the spine.

Strong Vinyasa Yoga - An aerobic series of flowing postures, synchronizing movement and breath. A full body workout that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, de-stressing the body and mind. This class is for intermediate and advanced levels.
